《Kashtira Birth》eliminates the need to release, and if you have a hand cost, it is easy to use the bounce effect.
If you use Tribute Summon, the only useful method is to use resurrection of the undead, so you should keep in mind to use that which eliminates the need for release.
Due to the bounce, it is useful for monsters that come out of the Extra Deck.
However, when it comes to level 7 Zombies, 《Vampire Vamp》can earn an advantage, and I wonder if there is room to incorporate it.

The effect is a bounce using the hand cost, and you can target your own field. In other words, it's like a brew before errata and can be abused, but it's superlative and limited to summoning, so the usability is greatly different.
Ande has a lot of resurrection methods, so it's not difficult to secure release personnel, and he belongs to a blessed race that can be searched with Bloom, but after all, the weight is a hindrance and there are many cases where there is no leeway by the time the effect can be used.
Ande itself is not a deck that can take advantage of the current self-bounce, and there are many others that are easier to use, whether it's for RBI purposes or removal purposes.
It seems to be useful, but it is difficult to use, and the subtle standing position gives the impression.

A youkai-type Ande who goes simple is best, which is used by manga version Misawa.
When summoning the superlative level and getting Brynac before Errata, it's use is very limited.
Special Summon doesn't support it, so I feel like I can't take advantage of Ande's race, but at least he's easy to secure Tribute Summon personnel.

However, such an effect is used as a combo, and summoning a heavy level 7 monster is quite tough. For the time being, it's not limited to Tribute Summon, so you can aim for the effect even with 《Mausoleum of the Emperor》. Thanks to 《Glow-Up Bloom》, it is easy to search.

Well then, why don't you just use Special Summon as normal and make it work normally?

You can use the effect of Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier only once when summoned.
Undead are very good at synchronizing, so Brynak would have been fine, but it was banned.
I can say that I'll do my best as an alternative... but still limited to summoning.
